Jason Fricker, the founder of Fortress Mechanical Insulation, has been in the Mechanical Insulation field since 2004. His employment as an installer funded his college education. In 2005 Jason received an Associate in Arts Degree in General Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island. He continued his education at the University of Rhode Island and in 2007 he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting.
Experience gained in the insulating field, combined with his college degrees, provided a steady platform to launch a business. In 2007 J & G Insulating was established by Jason Fricker and his father Gary Dusza. The partnership remained until Gary’s retirement in 2020. Jason’s career persists in the insulating field with the creation of Fortress Mechanical Insulation, promising the same superior service and products that were produced by J & G Insulating.
Fortress Mechanical Insulation assists customers eliminate condensation issues and increase efficiencies of their mechanical systems. Jason Fricker received his Insulation Energy Appraiser Certification from the National Insulation Association (NIA) in 2016 and is qualified to determine the best insulation options for customers. Fortress Mechanical Insulation can estimate the amount of energy that will be saved once proper insulation is installed and can translate that figure to a dollar amount. An expected return on investment demonstrates the cost savings of properly insulated mechanical systems.
Our Certified* Insulation Energy Appraisers can show you how you can significantly reduce your facility’s energy costs and environmental impact. Using sophisticated software, we can evaluate the thermal performance of your insulated and/or uninsulated piping and equipment. We will document your actual Btu losses, translate those losses into dollars, and calculate your greenhouse gas emission levels. Most importantly, we will project your total potential energy savings/emissions reductions with an upgrade to your insulation system. Call today and see how an Insulation Energy Appraisal can show you where potential energy savings exist in your facility.
*Our appraisers are certified through the National Insulation Association (NIA).
